cranberry-passion fruit sauce

Ingredients: 

1-pound bag fresh or frozen cranberries
1 ½ cups sugar
¾ cup passion fruit pulp (fresh or frozen and thawed)

Instructions: 

Bring the cranberries, sugar, passion fruit pulp, and 3/4 cup of water to a boil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the cranberries have broken down and the sauce is thick, 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish and cool. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to five. Bring to room temperature before serving.
